Learn about back injuries/conditions and how to best manage them and trust your back. Build your core and back strength and mobility to prevent injury and become resilient to do what you love! Appropriate for those with no acute nerve symptoms in legs and those able to bend over with pain less than 4/10. 


Class will run in-person (max of 6 people)


What is it?

  • 8 week program for adults (age 30-65) with low back pain or a history of back pain.
  • Must be able to complete exercises independently, including floor exercises.
  • Weekly focus on strength, muscle control and function

$160 +GST for 8 classes.
