**Lexi Travanut**
*BCAK Kinesiologist, BSc (Health & Exercise Science)*
A passionate and driven individual, Lexi is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (UBC) Okanagan, where she honed her skills in the study of Human Movement and its impact on health. With a strong commitment to continuing education, she regularly seeks out new learning opportunities to learn more.
After growing up in Campbell River, Lexi pursued her education in Kelowna, and has recently returned to her roots where she is now dedicated to improving the well-being of her community.
Outside of her work as a Kinesiologist, Lexi is also a Certified Spin Instructor and enjoys participating in workout classes herself, staying active, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
When she’s not working or teaching spin, Lexi loves spending time outdoors with her dog, exploring new activities and finding new ways to stay fit and energized.
