Our cancellation policy is 48 hours' notice.
This means: 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a charge equal to the FULL appointment fee. If you are cancelling outside of clinic hours, email and/or voicemail notifications of cancellations are acceptable; you may also cancel your appointment online if outside the 48 hour mark. If you are cancelling due to illness, please call the clinic to discuss your options.
No-showed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee - no exceptions.
We want to help those who are comitted to getting better. An empty spot in a practitioners' day could have been used by someone who really needed to get in. Thanks for communicating your absence in a timely manner.
