Balance & Bones is fall prevention and strength program for those age 70+ designed to reduce risk of falls, maintain bone health (prevent osteoporosis) and prolong independence for the aging population. Exercises will focus on balance and strength. Enjoy a small class size- maximum 6 participants.

What is Balance and Bones?

An 8-week program, Balance & Bones is a must for those who want to maintain an independent lifestyle!

  • Weekly focus on balance, strength, bone health and fall reduction
  • Week 1 includes education on fall prevention- easy changes you make around your home and out in the community.
