Nick grew up in Campbell River and is thrilled to return to his hometown to join the team at Active Living Physiotherapy. With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from UBC (2023), and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UVic (2019) Nick brings a fresh approach and is well-equipped to provide the highest quality care to our clients. You may recognize him, as he joined ALP for a clinical placement during his time as a Physiotherapy student.

Nick has previously worked as a Kinesiologist with ICBC, WorkSafe and athletic populations in Physiotherapy clinics, and has had a variety of Physiotherapy student placement opportunities. These experiences fueled his belief in a multifaceted and comprehensive approach to Physiotherapy including manual therapy, exercise, education, and self-empowerment. Nick understands the importance of establishing strong relationships with his clients to collaboratively determine the most effective approach for their Physiotherapy journey. By combining hands-on techniques with evidence-based exercises, Nick helps patients regain their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life, so they can get back to their favourite activities, sports and recreation.

In his leisure time, Nick is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. These pursuits not only align with his personal interests but also provide him with firsthand experience in injury rehabilitation. Nick is eager to reconnect with his hometown and to explore new and exciting adventures on the north island.
