What is Nordic Pole Walking?
Join a small group of walkers in a supportive, encouraging environment. Walks will take place at the Campbell River Spit on a flat, paved surface. You will learn proper technique of walking with Nordic walking poles, how to fit your poles and use them as part of your fitness routine!

- Nordic pole walking is ideal for those with Parkinson's, MS or other neurological conditions, arthritis or limited mobility.
- Walking poles can help with balance and endurance, activate your upper body and core! Plus it’s a fun way of exercising!
